- Established in the year 1992 by K. Sukumaran (Chairman), who started the company as a supplier of home textile products for the domestic market within India.
- Later in the year 2006, We moved on to the next step as manufacturer and supplier to leading buying houses and home textile buyers across many countries like Europe, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, etc.
- At present, the company is managed by S. Praveen Kumar (Managing Director), who has completed his Master's in Business Administration in Textile Management........
